TMG, Incorporated is proud to announce an opening of a new wireless office in St. Louis, Missouri. Within the next six weeks manager Peter Gasparro will be relocating to St. Louis to manage and spear head a new office. â??We are very excited and eager to take on this opportunity, a lot of work and time has gone into making this next venture successful,â? said Gasparro. A team of six individuals will be relocating with Gasparro and are equally excited for the opportunity. Gasparro will be working with a leader in the telecommunications industry, T-Mobile as an authorized local dealer. Gasparro will focus on increasing their sales to their target market; small to medium commercial accounts. While working with these accounts Gasparro will continue to develop those around him into management positions.

The newest generation of Kindle from Amazon(AMZN) is outselling its earlier models and heading the list of bestselling products on both US and UK Amazon sites. The e-reader is smaller while retaining its same screen size and has a screen that has 50 percent better contrast. It also comes in a 3G version, Kindle 3G

New Autism Study Concentrates On Infants Gaze

A new study on Autism tests the gaze of infants in high risk group.

A new study on siblings of infants with Autism has been released by researchers at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. In the study, infant brothers and sisters of Autistic children were tested for early signs of the developmental disorder. They were tested for signs of social delay and later communication with their caregiver.

The infants in the study, a total of 50, half of which were brothers and sisters of children without Autism. Infants in the high risk group, those with a family history of Autism, are 25 times more likely to develop the disorder. More children will develop Autism than will be diagnosed HIV/Aids or cancer.

The infants were tested for cause and effect learning and communication skills. Given the choice between playing with a musical toy or communicating with their caregiver. The infant was placed in a customized chair that gave them access to a musical plaything via a joystick on one side while a individual was on the other side.

The infants from the high risk group tended to want to have access to the toy as opposed social interaction with the caregiver. This occurred when the individual was not actively engaged with the infant. About 20 percent of the infants in the high risk group may develop Autism later on in childhood.

The study on infant siblings of children with Autism is published in the September issue of The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry. The study was financed by grants from the National Institutes of Mental Health.

Tourism and travel is increasing in the Florida Panhandle despite BP oil news.

Studies are showing that travel to Gulf Coast cities is continuing in spite of the BP(BP) oil spill. In some Florida counties tax revenue is going down; however, vacationers are showing up. States such as Florida depend on tourist revenue for the majority of their budget.

Both state and county officials within Florida credit the massive infusion of cash from BP into advertising efforts to convince people to visit. BP put money into statewide tourism campaigns and concentrated on the areas with the Panhandle. Florida officials say that tourism has increased in the last quarter.

Officials in the state were concerned about a deficit in tax revenue because of the news about the oil spill. Although the number of visitors is up, officials wonder what the number could have been without the oil disaster. Tourism agencies within Florida used the money to promote vacations stateside as well as internationally.

New York, Toronto, and Washington D.C. got the message about coming to Florida to enjoy the beach. Internationally, Germans and Brazilians , also got the message to come to Florida and enjoy.

Delinquent mortgage payments, more than 60 days, are up from this time last year.

According to credit reporting agency TransUnion, late mortgage payments from the last quarter are up higher than the number of late payments from the same time last year. Although the credit agency also reported that payments that are 90 days late are lower than than the measurement taken last year.

The 90 day late payment measurement is sometimes used to measure foreclosure data. Some experts expect that the 60 day delinquent mortgage payment rate will go down later in the year. Mortgage delinquency is currently highest in Nevada.

Florida holds second place in delinquent payments in the current national average. Although it is being reported that one in almost five people in Las Vegas are delinquent in their mortgage payments by more than 60 days, delinquencies are still down for the second straight quarter in Las Vegas.

Contributing factors for late payments in Las Vegas are high unemployment and falling housing prices. Some experts think that Las Vegas may have seen the worst after 3 years of plunging housing prices. All the while; delinquent mortgage payments, more than 60 days, are up from this time last year.

A huge traffic jam in China means opportunity for local community to make money.

A traffic jam caused by road construction on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou roadway reaches its 10th day. Local villagers have taken advantage of the situation to sell essential items to slow moving motorists. The community has sold such items as box lunches and bottled water. The jam which started on August 14 because of construction may not see relief until the middle of next month.

The road construction is being done are newly discovered coal fields in the inner Mongolia region. It is not unusual for there to be slow moving traffic, however; the 10 day jam is somewhat alarming. Slow moving traffic has been an increasing event because of the populace in China buying more private vehicles and companies using more trucks for deliveries.

The price of the items being sold to the slow moving transportation is starting to go up in price, causing the motorists to complain about alleged price gouging. It has been reported that a bottle of water that is normally sold for 15 cents or 1 yuan is being sold for $1.50 or 10 yuan.

Despite the prices of water or food, or the traffic jam itself; there have been no reports of violence having broken out. Government officials are starting to direct traffic onto alternate routes. This traffic jam may be the economic stimulus needed by the local community.

Be able to show steady income, a good down payment, and it is still possible to get a home loan. With the passing of the housing bubble, financial institutions are still looking for people to lend money to.

A good way to start the process is to show a FICO credit score of at least 740. The Fair Issac Corp. (FICO) is privately owned company which produces credit management software for use by the three credit agencies. The software uses their information to formulate a consumer credit score. This score is based in part on payment history, credit usage, length of credit history, types of credit used, and finally recent search for new credit.

A FICO credit score of 620 or more can work for those seeking an FHA loan. A prospective home buyer should be able to produce a 20 percent down payment and show a work history of at least 24 months in order to get a good deal. Of course, the time to get everything done from application to signing used to be around two weeks. That was in the past, now it may take up to 30 days. It may take longer if problems happen within the home mortgage process.
